حذف الحسابDelete Your Account

يمكنك حذف حساب كفو/راضي وكل بياناته نهائياً. الحذف لا يمكن التراجع عنه.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

هذه هي الطريقة الأساسية، وتتم فوراً بنفسك دون انتظار.

  1. افتح تبويب You ثم انزل إلى أسفل الشاشة.
  2. في قسم Account اضغط Delete account — الزر تحت «تسجيل الخروج» مباشرة.
  3. أكّد مرتين: رسالة تحذير أولى ثم تأكيد نهائي.
  4. يُحذف حسابك وكل بياناته المرتبطة فوراً، وتعود الشاشة إلى تسجيل الدخول.

«تسجيل الخروج» لا يحذف الحساب — يبقى حسابك وبياناته كما هي ويمكنك العودة بتسجيل الدخول عبر Apple. الحذف هو الزر المنفصل تحته.

إذا فقدت الوصول لجهازك

إذا لم تعد تستطيع فتح التطبيق، راسلنا وننفّذ الحذف نيابة عنك:

  1. أرسل بريداً إلى alhallafb@gmail.com بعنوان Delete my account.
  2. اذكر الاسم المستعار الذي تستخدمه داخل التطبيق، واسم نادي بيتك للتأكيد.
  3. أرسل الطلب من البريد المرتبط بحسابك في Apple إن أمكن. قد نطلب تأكيداً إضافياً إذا لم نستطع مطابقة الحساب — هذا لحمايتك من أن يحذف حسابك شخص آخر.
  4. ننفّذ الحذف خلال ٧ أيام كحد أقصى، وعادة أسرع من ذلك، ونرسل لك تأكيداً.

ما الذي يُحذف

  • ملفك: الاسم المستعار، الهدف الأسبوعي، نادي البيت وإحداثياته.
  • ارتباط تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple والبريد المخزّن معه.
  • كل سجلات الحضور اليومية وسجل تدقيق الموقع بإحداثياته.
  • حالتك الأسبوعية والسلاسل والنقاط ونتائج الدوري.
  • أحداث النشاط والتفاعلات وسجل الإشعارات.
  • الصداقات وطلباتها وعضوية المجموعة.
  • مشاركاتك في التحديات والجلسات، والرسائل التي أرسلتها في محادثاتها.
  • رموز الإشعارات، والبلاغات المرتبطة بحسابك.

التنفيذ يزيل سجلك من قاعدة البيانات الحية فوراً وتُحذف الصفوف المرتبطة به تلقائياً. قد تبقى نسخة داخل النسخ الاحتياطية التلقائية لقاعدة بيانات Cloudflare حتى ٣٠ يوماً قبل انتهاء صلاحيتها. قد نحتفظ بحد أدنى من سجلات المخالفات إذا كان ذلك ضرورياً قانونياً أو لمنع إساءة متكررة.

ماذا يحدث لما شاركت فيه

تختفي محادثات الأنشطة التي أنشأتها ورسائلك من التطبيق. النتائج التاريخية للتحديات التي شارك فيها آخرون قد تبقى لديهم بدون بياناتك الشخصية.

إلغاء وصول Apple

بعد الحذف يمكنك أيضاً إزالة التطبيق من إعدادات iOS ← اسمك ← تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple ← Kafu/Radi ← إيقاف الاستخدام.

You can permanently delete your Kafu/Radi account and all of its data. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete it inside the app

This is the primary route, and it happens immediately without waiting for us.

  1. Open the You tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  2. In the Account section tap Delete account — the button directly under Sign out.
  3. Confirm twice: a first warning prompt, then a final confirmation.
  4. Your account and all of its linked data are deleted immediately and the app returns to the sign-in screen.

Signing out does not delete anything — your account and data stay as they are and you can return by signing in with Apple. Deletion is the separate button below it.

If you have lost access to your device

If you can no longer open the app, email us and we will run the deletion for you:

  1. Email alhallafb@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account.
  2. Include the nickname you use inside the app and your home gym name so we can identify the account.
  3. Send the request from the email address linked to your Apple account if you can. We may ask for an extra confirmation if we cannot match the account — this protects you from someone else deleting it.
  4. We complete the deletion within 7 days at the latest, usually sooner, and send you a confirmation.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: nickname, weekly goal, home gym and its coordinates.
  • Your Sign in with Apple link and the email stored with it.
  • All daily check-in records and the location audit log with its coordinates.
  • Weekly status, streaks, points, and league results.
  • Activity events, reactions, and notification history.
  • Friendships, friend requests, and squad membership.
  • Your participation in challenges and sessions, and the messages you sent in their conversations.
  • Push notification tokens, and reports linked to your account.

Running the deletion removes your user record from the live database immediately and every linked row is deleted with it by database cascade. A copy may remain in Cloudflare's automatic database backups for up to 30 days before it ages out. We may keep a minimal record of a violation where that is legally required or needed to prevent repeat abuse.

What happens to shared activities

Conversations you created and the messages you sent disappear from the app. Historical results of challenges other people took part in may remain for them, without your personal data.

Revoking Apple access

After deletion you can also remove the app in iOS Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Kafu/Radi → Stop using Apple ID.
