شروط الاستخدامTerms of Service
باستخدامك كفو/راضي فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
1. الخدمة
كفو/راضي تطبيق التزام اجتماعي بالنادي. تحدد هدفاً أسبوعياً، وتسجّل حضورك فعلياً في ناديك، ويعرض التطبيق حالتك: كفو ما دمت على المسار، وراضي عندما يصبح بلوغ الهدف مستحيلاً حسابياً في ذلك الأسبوع. التطبيق مجاني ولا يحتوي مشتريات داخلية ولا إعلانات.
2. الحساب
- يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٣ عاماً لاستخدام التطبيق.
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple. أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يحدث في حسابك.
- عند إنشاء الحساب يجب الموافقة صراحةً على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية؛ لا يكتمل التسجيل بدونها.
- اختر اسماً مستعاراً لا ينتحل شخصية غيرك ولا يحمل إساءة. نمنع تلقائياً بعض الكلمات، ويمكننا إزالة أي اسم مخالف.
3. المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون
التطبيق يتيح محتوى ينشئه المستخدمون: الأسماء المستعارة، عناوين التحديات وأوصافها وملاحظاتها، أسماء جلسات «تمرّن معي» وملاحظاتها، والرسائل الحرة داخل محادثات التحديات والجلسات. أنت تملك ما تكتبه وتتحمل مسؤوليته الكاملة، وتمنحنا إذناً محدوداً بتخزينه وعرضه لأعضاء ذلك النشاط لتشغيل الخدمة.
يُمنع منعاً باتاً نشر أو إرسال أي من التالي في أي حقل نصي أو رسالة داخل التطبيق: التحرش أو التنمر أو التهديد، خطاب الكراهية أو التمييز، المحتوى الجنسي أو الفاضح، العنف أو إيذاء النفس، انتحال شخصية غيرك، السبام أو الترويج التجاري أو الاحتيال، نشر بيانات شخصية تخص غيرك، والمحتوى المخالف لقوانين دولة الكويت.
4. لا تسامح مع المحتوى المسيء
هذا الشرط جزء من اتفاقية الاستخدام، وينطبق على كل محتوى ينشئه المستخدمون بما فيه الرسائل داخل المحادثات:
- لا تسامح إطلاقاً مع المحتوى المسيء أو المخالف، ولا مع المستخدمين المسيئين.
- يُحذف أي محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط فور التحقق منه.
- يُطرد المستخدم المسؤول عن المخالفة: تعليق الحساب أو حذفه نهائياً ومنع العودة.
- نتصرف خلال ٢٤ ساعة من استلام أي بلاغ عن محتوى أو سلوك مسيء.
الأسماء المستعارة تُفحص تلقائياً مقابل قائمة كلمات ممنوعة عند التسجيل. أما بقية المحتوى فتتم مراجعته عند ورود بلاغ.
5. الإبلاغ والحظر
- الإبلاغ عن رسالة: اضغط «Report» تحت الرسالة داخل محادثة التحدي، أو اضغط عليها مطوّلاً، ثم اختر السبب وأكّد.
- الإبلاغ عن مستخدم: اضغط «Report» في ملفه الشخصي أو في قائمة الأصدقاء، ثم اختر السبب وأكّد.
- حظر مستخدم: اضغط «Block» في المكان نفسه. الحظر متبادل ويسري فوراً على البحث والملفات الشخصية وشاشة النشاط وجداول الدوري والترتيب العام وقوائم أعضاء المجموعات وسجل الإشعارات وكل المحادثات المشتركة. لرفع الحظر راسلنا على alhallafb@gmail.com.
- بريد الدعم: alhallafb@gmail.com لمتابعة أي بلاغ أو إذا تعذّر الإبلاغ من داخل التطبيق. صفحة الدعم تشرح الخطوات بالتفصيل.
6. النشاط العام
اسمك المستعار وأحداث حضورك وحالتك الأسبوعية تظهر لمستخدمي التطبيق. لا تضع معلومات حساسة في اسمك المستعار أو في نصوص التحديات.
7. اللعب النظيف والموقع
يمنع تزييف الموقع أو استخدام GPS وهمي أو أي التفاف على فحوصات الحضور. المحاولات المكتشفة تُرفض وقد تؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب.
8. نتائج التحديات
في تحديات القوة يحدد الحكم المعتمد الفائز، أو يقرر ألا فائز إذا لم يحقق أحد الهدف. قرار الحكم نهائي داخل التطبيق ولا يمثل رأينا.
9. السلامة البدنية
التطبيق ليس نصيحة طبية أو تدريبية. أنت وحدك مسؤول عن سلامتك أثناء التمرين، واستشر مختصاً قبل أي برنامج جديد. اللقاءات مع مستخدمين آخرين تتم على مسؤوليتك.
10. إتاحة الخدمة وإنهاؤها
الخدمة مقدَّمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات، وقد نعدّلها أو نوقفها. يمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. ويمكنك أنت حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.
11. المسؤولية والقانون
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.
12. التواصل
By using Kafu/Radi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Kafu/Radi is a social gym-accountability app. You set a weekly goal, physically check in at your gym, and the app publishes your status: KAFU while you are on track and RADI once the goal becomes mathematically impossible for that week. The app is free, with no in-app purchases and no advertising.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
- Sign-in is through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Creating an account requires explicitly agreeing to these terms and to the Privacy Policy; registration cannot be completed without it.
- Choose a nickname that does not impersonate anyone and is not offensive. Some terms are blocked automatically, and we can remove any nickname that breaks these rules.
3. User-generated content
The app carries content created by users: nicknames, challenge titles, descriptions and notes, train-with-me session names and notes, and free-text messages inside challenge and session conversations. You own what you write and are fully responsible for it, and you grant us a limited licence to store it and show it to the members of that activity so the service can work.
It is strictly prohibited to post or send any of the following in any text field or message in the app: harassment, bullying or threats; hate speech or discrimination; sexual or obscene content; violence or self-harm; impersonation of another person; spam, commercial promotion or fraud; another person's personal information; and anything unlawful under the laws of Kuwait.
4. No tolerance for objectionable content
This clause is part of the agreement you accept by using the app, and it applies to all user-generated content, including messages inside conversations:
- There is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content, and none for abusive users.
- Content that violates these terms is removed as soon as it is confirmed.
- The user responsible is ejected — the account is suspended or permanently deleted and barred from returning.
- We act on every report within 24 hours of receiving it.
Nicknames are screened automatically against a blocked-term list at sign-up. All other content is reviewed when it is reported.
5. Reporting and blocking
- Report a message: tap Report under the message in the challenge chat, or long-press the message, then choose a reason and confirm.
- Report a user: tap Report on their profile or in your friends list, then choose a reason and confirm.
- Block a user: tap Block in the same places. Blocking is mutual and applies immediately to search, profiles, the activity feed, league tables, public rankings, squad member lists, your activity log, and every shared conversation. Email alhallafb@gmail.com to lift a block.
- Support email: alhallafb@gmail.com, to follow up on a report or if you cannot report from inside the app. The support page explains the steps in detail.
6. Public activity
Your nickname, check-in events and weekly status are shown to other users of the app. Do not put sensitive information in your nickname or in challenge text.
7. Fair play and location
Spoofing your location, using mocked GPS, or otherwise bypassing the check-in verification is prohibited. Detected attempts are rejected and may lead to suspension.
8. Challenge results
In feat challenges the approved judge selects the winner, or decides that there is no winner when nobody reaches the target. That decision is final inside the app and is not our judgement.
9. Physical safety
The app is not medical or coaching advice. You are solely responsible for your own safety while training, and you should consult a professional before starting a new programme. Meeting other users is at your own risk.
10. Availability and termination
The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we may change or discontinue it. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaks these terms. You can delete your own account at any time — see the account deletion page.
11. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
